Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jiliapk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliapk immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC): jiliapk is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC verification is completed to jiliapk's satisfaction.
Deposits: jiliapk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jiliapk aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on network conditions and the volume of requests. Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page of the Platform. jiliapk reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at any time.
Currency: All transactions on the jiliapk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliapk is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jiliapk reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
jiliapk offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Where bonus abuse is detected, jiliapk reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate the player's account.
jiliapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the jiliapk Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result recorded on jiliapk's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
jiliapk uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical cards and equipment operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jiliapk's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiliapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliapk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliapk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
jiliapk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiliapk implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

You may close your jiliapk account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
